Our Kava extract is prepared from the rhizome and root of noble varieties of Piper methysticum plants that are 4-6 years old. Our Kava is grown and harvested in Vanuatu, an island in the South Pacific.
Shake Well Before Using.
Adults: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day.
Best taken between meals.
FDA advises that a potential risk of rare, but severe, liver injury may be associated with Kava. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have, or have had, liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or are taking any medication. Stop use and see a doctor if liver symptoms occur (unusual fatigue, abdominal pain, appetite loss, dark urine, pale stools, yellow eyes or skin).

We recommend you start at the lower end of the range for maintenance, and then adjust your serving frequency depending on your personal needs up to the higher end of the range. I absolutely love your kava extract but why is it so much more expensive directly from your company versus buying it from any other store that sells your product.. don't get me wrong I stand by your product but sad you charge so much more than anywhere else I can get it.
