Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy with
the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for
a replacement or a credit. Please let us know in advance so you can obtain
a return authorization number. We will gladly accept returns caused by our error. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Shortages: Please report shortages within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Damages: Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original
packaging in the event that a claim is filed.
Pricing: Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are NET and do not include freight, special handling, duties or taxes.
Shipping Info: We normally process orders within 2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. UPS guarantees 1 or 2 day ground delivery to Washington, Oregon, and northern California. Therefore, we recommend you choose standard shipping to these regions.
