The Herb Pharm family has grown slowly over the years, from just a few helpers to a staff of 70 employees today. We are proud of the fact that many of our employees have been here over 10 years, several over 20. We take the same pride in working with our employees that we have always taken in working with the herbs. New employees are welcomed onto the Team, and given considerable opportunity for cross training so that they can begin to develop their own career paths within the company. We expect everyone to participate fully in the work involved in making medicine and doing all the tasks associated with growing a successful business. Traditionally, teams of people have worked together to solve problems as they come up. Everyone's expertise and effort is needed to help us succeed.
